Our mail server send mails in KOI-8R encoding. We need use "Legal copmany disclaimer". For that we created "Email Content Filtering Policie" with Annotation.
Inside Annotation we choiced Unicode (UTF-8) encoding and filled both text fields (Plain text and HTML). Text conained Ukrainian symbols.
When users send email - body of original message is seen as an attachment! and annotation appear in body message
If Annotation text contains only Russian or English symbols (we use UA&RU&EN lang.) - everything is ok!
We there is no opportunity to change all outgoing emails to encode UTF-8
Please help!
