ICT product is a very simple and smart product, the simplest is one of the key to purchase this product but unfortionatly not support a critical standard format in our case RFT, oracle ebusiness deliver and produce most of the important report with RFT format and unfortionatly its not supported.
so, we are expecting to delever this enhancement asap as its backdoor of the products.
