Hi,
We need to be able to define more than 9 classification levels and ranks within ICT. Or alternatively assign a rank number to Scopes.
To explain why we need this:
We need to define 3 different Scopes. Scope 1: Does not contain Personal Data . Scope2: Contains Personal Data . Scope3: Contains Sensitive personal Data.
And beneath each Scope we need to define 5 classification levels, like: Level1: public,Level2: business related,Level3: private,Level4: confidential,Level5: secret.
Then we are also plannig to set the "Setting an email attachment blocking policy" to "Block sending the email if the attachments have a HIGHER confidentiality than the email" .
Now in this scenario, if a user attaches a document which is classified as Scope3->Level2 to an email which is classified as Scope1->Level3 , email will be sent. But normally we want it to be blocked because any classification level within Scope3 is more private than any classification level within Scope1.
But we cant do that, because "Setting an email attachment blocking policy" uses ranks to make decision and Scopes do not have ranks.
For this reason we thought that we could use 15 different ranks, rank1 starting from Scope1->Level1 and Rank 15 ending at Scope3->Level5. But this is technically not possible,as there are only 9 ranks which can be used.
So our request is; either assigning a rank to Scopes and "Setting an email attachment blocking policy" so that it takes into acount Scope ranks too, or ability to define 15 or more Classification levels/ranks.
regards.
