Symantec Messaging Gateway: View Message Queues: Add "ALL Hosts" to filter

Currently it is not possible to query the message queues for ALL hosts in "Status" -> "SMTP" -> "Message Queues", but you have to choose one specific host to query.

It would be helpful if you could query the message queues of "All Hosts".
