We are facing the issue of high CPU utilization by a Symantec processes rtvscan.The article says that this behavior is normal from your end and CPU utilization will go high to 100% or more. But there should be some remediation steps which should not affect our environment, some change in Policy, Scan or some other steps should be taken to resolve the issue as it’s not the way that it is in product and CPU utilization will go high.
