As of now when an email subscription is triggered by the Endpoint Protection .Cloud for lets say Subscription is expired there is no information about the account or customer just reference to the serial number and dates affected. If the account using the serial number were included then you could narrow who actually needs to renew instead of manually looking through each page to locate the specific Serial number in question. Enhancement request is to add the account name to the Subscription alert emails. Attached is screenshot similar to what you would see in alert email.
