Hi,
I wanted to enable the password protection to prevent user from disabling the A/V . I was surprised that it did not act as I would expect .
After creating a support ticket, it turned out that if I am an admin of the pc, A/V could still be turned off .
Being a software company, we need to leave our users admin priviledge of their PC so they can install tools they need and also install our own products, so this is not an option for us to remove that priviledge.
Please make this password protection feature a real protection feature, no matter what level of priviledge the user could have on the computer.
Thanks, Maya
