Ability to Restore Quarantine items by admin from SEPM Console

Ability for an admin to restore items out of a clients Quarantine from the SEPM Console.
Can delete items, but not restore - should not have to go to or remote to an end users computer to do this.
And, should not have to try and explain or rely on end user ability (simple though it may be for some) to perform restore themselves.
Have found others referencing in forums. Symantec Support said should enter it in ideas.
