Exclude folder with specific name

Hello,

I suggest something very useful for some SEP .

I think that SEPM have to give the administrator the possibility to exclude a folder with a specific name everywhere in the Filesystem.

For example let's assume that we want to exclude the mailbox folder from being scanned. For Mozilla, Seamonkey, Thunderbird, we use in our Company, the mailbox folder is located under a random path but its name is specific: Mail.

eg.

c:\users\some-user\Appdata\Roaming\Mozilla\some-randomly-named-folder\Mail or

c:\users\some-user\Appdata\Roaming\Mozilla\Seamonkey\some-randomly-named-folder\Mail

c:\users\some-user\Appdata\Roaming\Thunderbird\some-randomly-named-folder\Mail or

c:\Documents and Settings\some-user\Appdata\Roaming\Mozilla\some-randomly-named-folder\Mail

c:\Documents and Settings\some-user\Appdata\Roaming\Mozilla\Seamonkey\some-randomly-named-folder\Mail

c:\Documents and Settings\some-user\Appdata\Roaming\Thunderbird\some-randomly-named-folder\Mail

So we are not able to make such an exclusion for the mailbox folder because of the randomly-named-folder and because of the some-user folder (for 300 PCs or more).

But if we have the possibility to exclude the folder Mail (only looking for its name and not its full path location) wherever in the C: drive or D: drive or every drive, then the mailbox folder won't be scanned.

Mcafee (our previous antivirus software) has this possibility. So it is useful for SEP and of course not only for the mailbox folder but also for every specifically named folder.

Thank you in advance!
