Hi Engineering Team,
I have a ticket # 31690896. This ticket is regarding an issue that our recruiters are presenting when sending emails to potential candidates. The mails are sent and several times candidates state that they have not received the email.
When they receive is one or after two or three hours later. This is unacceptable since these candidates can also get information from other recruiting companies and we nonetheless loose obtaining a job for the candidate resulting in not getting the profit for the company.
It looks the issue is when Symantec uses "Shared IP addresses" ;which are used by many customers and then it creates a backed up of emails being hold untils the amount of email get lower, and then they are sent.
Do we need to be moved to another set of IP addresses. This issue must be taken care of since you also must loose customers due to this issue. This is happening for over a year to no results at your end. See example below:
I already addressed this issue to a Symantec Supervisor by the name of Sathish. Would you please bring this issue to upper management and help us out to solve this issue once and for all.
Thanks,
Wlad
