Anti-Malware can be release more than once

I observed that if a malware email was released but failed to deliever downstream, it cannot be released again.

This is a pain and email cannot be retrieved due to such certain situation. Is it possible to enhance to feature such that quarantine email can be release more than once? It would be good if we can forward to administrator, once investigation and verdicted as safe, we able to release again to the intended recipients.
