Email Product Enhancement

when an email goes into retry mode, instead of retrying the original route. it should treat it as a new email for each retry- Why? because we recently had issues with a recipient where some, but not all emails were in retry mode and never got sent (due to recipient server issue on one of their routes  See _00D30jPy._50038172iRT), however the solution by tech staff was to resend the emails ourselves, which we did and they went through without an issue, whilst the original was still held up in your system for days
