Add option to disable firewall logging for custom made rules on SEP (Unmanaged)

My goal is to ingnore the a custom made firewall rule and not log it anywhere. As of now this action is not available.

When a rule is set to ignore, a user can benefit tremendously because it eliminates noise when looking at the network traffic.
