Please fix bug in Case 10539255

Per my case technician, I was told to submit a bug report through this method to fix an issue with a bug i've been having in case 10539255. Essentailly, many of our workstations display the following error even though no threats are dtected: 

"Symantec Endpoint Protection detected risks while you were logged out. You may need to open the Antivirus and Antispyware Protection Risk Log to view and take action on the risks. 

I was directed towards the following knowledge base article, but even the article states it should have been fixed in an earlier 12.1.4 version, and we're running SEP 12.1.6 MP4.

The tech suggested I disable the the notification and that would be a resolution, but to me that is not a resolution, simply covering up and surpressing a bug that should be reported to engineering and development to be rectified. 

This issue is only happening if you are an administrative user. It happens on windows 7 pro 32/64bit. Versions affected are 12.1.5 and 12.1.6. No files are in quarantine on any of the affected stations. There are no risks or threats detected in any of the logs. 

Please help!!! Diagnostic logs have been attached to the case for review. As of right now the techs who worked with me confirmed it was a bug and apparently submitted something to development, but they told me to submit this too.
