I'd like to be able to analise the conectivity between Symantec Email Security.Cloud service and our exchange servers to identify if there are any configuration issues. To achieve this it would be very usefull to be able to report on the number of email delivery retries and the reasons for the retries.
For example we have encountered an email that has had 11 delivery attempts with the error 421 4.3.2 The maximum number of concurrent connections has exceeded a limit, closing transmission channel. It would be good to do a report over all emails being delivered to see if this a common or frequent occurrance.
