We recently upgraded to the cloud version of SBE and the had to spend days uninstalling and reinstalling the on premise version. The cloud version does not allow to exclude known signatures from the console. This can only be done on each indivudual client computer - which runs risk of being over written if any Symantec updates are applied. This feature is available via console using the on-premise version.
If this is corrected, we could move back. Please advise if this happens.
