This is a change request, to enable functionality to allow the SEP SBE Cloud License Expiry email notifications to go to an alternative email address, e.g. the IT MSP email address or reseller email address.
Currently the License expiry email notifications, only go to the account administrator - that is the user that the SEP SBE cloud console was setup under and these are registered under the customer email domain.
Previously with the old, on-premise SEP Manager, we were receiving the license expiration email notifications.
This was recently logged as a support call with the Symantec.Cloud team, but was advised that this functionality is not available.
