We currently allow administrative clients to add exceptions to their systems and have been for some time. We are now looking to centrally manage this, but are concerned that we may cause impact on applications or other business functions by doing so.
What we would like to be able to do is report on the custom exceptions rules that may have been put in place. This would be of great help for us in this situation of we decide to turn on the centralized management. If we decide not to go to the centralized management, this would still be helpful as we could monitor and audit these exceptions.
