I was talking with a tech and they mentioned that the GUP bandwidth setting unlimited not actually unlimited and is somethink like 1Mb/s.
My suggestion is to rename the unlimited setting to Default (1Mb/s), keep the "Up to" as is and add an unlimited setting that is actually unlimted.
