Currently the Quarantine Incident folder access can only be granted to fixed users that have been created on the SMG and who have the right to view and act on the particular folder.
Further the Folder Notifications (Authentication Required and Auto Authentication) can be only sent to fixed pre-defined emaill addresses.
These become limiations w.r.t. Content Incident handling.
It is desired to be able to have AD Authenticated, and AD attribute based dynmic access to the incident folders similar to Symantec DLP. Further it is also desired to be able to configure query based dynmaic email addresses simialr to DLP for sending out folder notificaations.
Both these features will go a long way in defining better and customized workflows for handling the Incidents.
