IDENTITY SAFE

Hello!

there is no option available to enable IDENTITY SAFE in the cloud management interface. after I do enable it manually there is only a LOCAL VAULT, so I suppose it is not synchronized with the cloud.

Please, implement the followig:

1. option for enabling IDENTITY SAFE in cloud management interface
2. cloud synchronized VAULTS
3. separated VAULTS for each user
