IT Professional supporting multiple SSB Endpoint Clients

I just installed a cloud based small business endpoint at a client, and I wanted to add myself to their account so I could recieve emails if something came up on their endpoint, but becuase I already exsist with other clients, it will not allow me to be added in the cloud based version (I don't know if that is the same for the stand alone manager).

As an IT professional, I need to keep tabs of what is occuring on my clients networks (either client/server or peer/peer).  It should not matter that I am already added on another system.  The tech person said I should have a seperate email for each client, which is absured.  I have 15 clients, (4 using symantec) if I move all of them to symantec, I don't want 15 seperate emails on my phone to be alerted if there is an issue.

You need to fix this so IT professionals can have 1 email to add to endpoint manager regardless of how many times they are associated with other accounts.

Please fix this, my other 2 clients that use SEPSMB 12 I have always been added as a technical contact and recieve regular emails from the symantec manager on the status of the server and workstations.
