Right now the Symantec Messaging Gateway 10.5.2 does not have the feature of allowing an administrator to read the body of incoming emails that are in the SMG queue. This would be a very useful feature because there are cases were time sensitive emails are stuck in the queue, and having the ability to read those emails would allow us to take necessary actions relating to the content of those time sensitive emails. This feature already exists in McAfee Email Gateway and would be great if it could also be implemented in the Symantec Messaging Gateway.
