I have recently switched to Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Cloud Edition from a competitors product. We have run into a problem where we need to add exclusions for directories on each client computer. These exclusions are for employee monitoring software and the directory name differs on each client computer. I request that your product be changed to allow the creation of an exclusion policy for each client.
What I am trying to achieve is a group called"Monitored Employees" with specific client workstations being members of this group. For each client workstation, I need to exclude a sub-folder in the Windows directory that varies in name on each computer.
