SEP GUP rule enhancement request

It may be desireable to designate a system to act as a GUP where the system has multiple network interfaces. In this case, it also may be desired that some of IP addresses associated with these interfaces NOT be included in the GUP list. The enhance request is to provide a means of designating IP addresses or subnets that should not be included in the global GUP list.

For example, there may be some segments that are NATed within an organization, and those NATed segments all share a 192.168.x.x subnet. In this case, including the 192.168.x.x addresses would result in GUP IP addresses being added to the list that would not actually be GUPs in all the NATed segments. Another example would be systems that have multiple NICs dedicated to a particular type of traffic, e.g. backup, and no definition updates should occur on that backup subnet.
