Port Scan Attack

We use Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition Version 12.1.3001.165. We are having issues with Port Scan Attack with a network printer.  A new version needs created to fix this issue.  There is no way on the current version to disable this feature on the Manager station or the client PC settings.  We need a new version that will allow you to "disable" the "Port Scan Detection" field.
