Hi,
Due to space constraints on the C: drive of our Windows 2003 server, we installed Endpoint Protection client (cloud version) onto D: drive by changing the drive letter during installation.
However, it seems that C: drive is still being used for some background tasks, maybe things like virus definition staging area, etc...
There were times when due to definition update issues, C: drive ran out of space.
We have opened a case with Symantec Support and was informed that at this time it is not possible to make changes to the paths that the SEP client uses for such tasks.
Please so seriously consider to include this feature in your next update/version.
Thank you.
