I want to request Symantec Endpoint protection changes it name in the web interface once it is changed on the computer. currently if the computer name changes Symantec endpoint thinks the computer is offline. the software should see the new name and update in the Symantec Endpoint webinterface. The old computer name also takes up a license. you have to manually go into 40 computers and delete them manually.
2nd suggestion is you display the logged in user of the computer. currently on the alert we recieve we only get the computer name. it would be greatly helpful if we also get the logged in user name also.
