In stackexchange.com, a person asks a question and after certain about of days, has the option of offer a bounty, i.e. 50 points for an accepted answer.

Symantec should use a bounty system. If someone has at least 100 points and cannot get an acceptable answer within 2 days, they should have the option of offering a bounty of at least 50 points to the person who offers an acceptable solution to thier problem.
This would make people think harder about the type of solutions they are posting, get rewarded for it if it's accepted, and this benefits the rest of the Symantec community with reliable information.
