SEPM Integrate sylink monitor for debug.
Normally troubleshooting some of SEP issues requires sylink monitor for debug. Is those cases we require to kick a user for hours of his working PC to collect the logs. In our case with 20 sites that requires troubleshooting of that site and resources constraint, this is very challenging.
My recommendation is to integrate to SEPM in the right click of a client tools the start of sylink monitor with debug to collect the logs in that PC’s folder (example c:\ProgramData\Symantec) then we can collect that logs using UNC shares to provide support. In this case we do not need to interrupt the user.
Also would be great that if the tool would collect the log automatically and send to support.
