During mulitple product upgrades, the Support Staff recommend that we uncheck the live update now box. Soem suport staff say that this is teh recommended practice where as others say it is to save time during install, as in some instances it may take upto an hour.
If this is the recommended practive, then I would like to suggest, as by default, Live Update Now box should be unchecked by default. This would avoid the user in clicking next by mistake and have the live update run during install. Support staff can always check the Live Update box during install, in the event they need to.
This suggestion is only to improve the product.
