Virtual Machine: All NSX GVM page add Status Count for Power ON/Off

On the assets page for Virtual Machine:  SDCS.Server_name:8443/webportal/#/dcss/assets

Add a field for the total status of the GVM's; ie: Power Off Count and Power ON count

This filed can be also added to the Cluster section as a display box of red (power off) or green (power on)

The status of power on and power off totals for all of the GVM's can also be added to the All NSX GVMs page;
