It is standard practice for assistants to manage their manager's mailbox.
When the mailboxes are OnPrem, assistants are able to use the Report Spam Add-in from their delegated access on the manager's mailbox. However, since migration to O365, the button is now greyed out.
This is normal working behaviour and it's surprising that it is a regression for O365.
