When communication between SEP agents and SEPM is broken, sometimes it is needed to execute some commands in order to redistribute Sylink, and/or stop and restart SEP services. To remove the need of using something like Altiris or GPO policies, it would be useful to have a section on SEP Manager that allows the execution of what would be needed in order to restablish the communication of the SEP agent.
That utility should be aware of the installation path of the SEP executables (32 or 64 bits, custom paths, etc.). The existent feature of executing commands on agents from SEPM assumes that the client is able to communicate with the console, so when communication is not working, the command is never received on the agents.
