User level Whitelisting only whitelists the sent from address and not the sender address. This means whitelisting doesn't work for Content delivery networks.
Content delivery networks send in information from a wide variety of servers in the cloud.
Users when they click "approve sender" are only approving email from the source server "Mail From:" (e.g. serverXYZ.contentdeliverynetwork.com) and not from the sender (e.g. JoesServices.com).
This is causing chaos for users where emails are coming in from sendgrid or akamai or other content delivery networks.
