Quarantine emails based on language instead of deleting

Currently the only option when filtering emails by language is to automatically delete them. Can you make it so instead of deleting the emails outright to just quarantine them and can be release later on like other filter settings?

While 95% of the emails in a different language are scams or phishing emails we do get the odd email from legitimate senders that uses their native languages like Chinese or Spanish.
