I came across a few missing features in the product that implementing them will be a great improvement:
1. I have a lot of ideas in the Unmanaged Detector area: results are not practical to work with, not in the notification and not in the home screen. My idea is to do a screen of managing unmanaged endpoints which include exporting the list, excluding from there, excluding by importing an Excel file, pushing SEP from there. Basically, it's an unmanaged detector management screen. The coverage area in SEP is poor, I don't know how covered the company is, adding this feature will be a great leap in that manner. Also, it's possible to add an option to see what OS is. In addition, today notifications are duplicated, so creating a more organized management place for unmanned detections which tell the coverage status should solve that either.
2. More granular alerts options, for example, I want to create a conditional notification that notify me on risk only when I need to do something, today I need to create several notifications for that, Left alone, Pending restart, Access denied, etc.
3. An option to see all the events related to one endpoint and not by an engine as for today.
4. Remote pushing of a client when there are errors requires individual acknowledge or canceling. My idea is to make it more automated and with log that indicated what and why it didn't happen. The method of today is great for a small a amount of clients, but not for bulk installation.
