Symantec WSS authentication connector service account monitoring

Dear Symantec Team,

Recently we faced an issue, where service account used to run the Symantec WSS authentication connector service was locked out and users were unable to connect to captive portal.For users WSS service was down because they can't connect to captive portal but WSS authentication connector service was running fine.We logged case with Symantec support but as per them, Symantec WSS authentication connector service doesn't have mechanism to find service account locked our or not.I suggest to include mechanism,where service account running Symantec service should be monitored by the service and symantec service should be stopped immediatly after account lockout issues.

Its not convincing to explain that, WSS authentication connector service up ans running but users can't connect.This way we can't ensure the service availability.
