Software Portal - Make Help Center Link Optional

I'm loving the improvements to the software portal in 8.5 RU2.  I'd like to roll it out in our K12, but students don't need to have the content in the help center available to them (i.e. "About the Raad tool" in a few clicks).  I get that information is all on the web, but our users don't need it.  I'd love a checkbox to remove the help center link from the software portal page.
