reg: Product symantec endpoint Protection small business edition enhancements (some missing features)

Hi Team,

We have observed and found below suggestion which can enhance the product

1. Agent Update / Upgrade should be done from Portal itself.
2. Antivirus definition should updated automatically once user got connected with internet (after long interval offline i.e 1 week or more)
3. There should be any provision to restart remote machine automatically after 3 consecutive reminder.

kindly look into this and update us asap as our 60% Machinie (approx 84 machines) status changed to agent update.

also kindly note that when we are going on system to update the agent it's showing agent is already updated.

Request you to kindly take appropriate action to fix the issue asap.
