Securityspring context file

I have noticed that when performing upgrades of DLP I have had to copy the SpringSecurityContext file from templates to the WebInf folder.

Surely when data is migrated the migration process should inlcude the copy of the previously used SpringContext.xml, this could have a potential impact on clients who use AD authentication for DLP.
