8.1 introduced idea where tasks have an option to keep machine asleep while running, which seems to work great. We check the box below "Prevent the computer from going to into sleep mode"
We use this for imaging jobs where the base image comes down, and then dozens of tasks run after. It's a little tedious to check the box for each task, I'd love if CMS/ITMS gave similar checkbox at the job level.
