DLP: Add ability to stop/start service at DLP Endpoint agent via CLI remotely

Hi All,

As per topic, customer want to explore this and request this feature in next release or roadmap.

It would be good for easier DLP agent troubleshooting.

Current options available:

1) From Enforce console

2) On the endpoint machine itself - using service_shutdown tool
