A problem that most service providers dace is getting symdiags to be run on endpoints .
My idea is to use the SEPM to do this .
Select a machine or group of machines , and remotely deploy and run the symdiag. On the push page on SEPM for this deployment , the Symantec ticket number will be input , and automatic upload to Symantec will take place , with the respective case numbers attached.
