Support personnel should be able to submit bug reports/feature requests to developer. Based on the phone call I just finished, they cannot.
The support person was good but we were not able to resolve an issue because it was an inherent flaw in the software. It seems like if you are not getting input from the support staff about bugs/features, a lot of good data is just being wasterd.
