Hello,
I've been in contact with your support regarding MessageLabs whitelisting and they suggested that I post here in the hopes to get a feature enchancement.
Basically, MessageLabs summary emails, which are great btw, show two email addresses for each message quarantined.
For example,
[Title] | |
From [from@somedomain.com]
MAIL FROM [mailfrom@somedomain.com]
12/7/17 5:30 AM | Newsletter | 12.1 kB |
|
|
|
|
This is great for when the two email addresses are the same. Users click approve and they do not have to worry about it again. But it is confusing for the end user when the two email addresses are different. Support suggested that they contact admin, me, to whitelist into. I feel this is totally unnecessary and a small change in your backend code would it easier for all involved.
I propose, either
a) if two addresses differ, remote Approve button and ask to contact admin
or better yet,
b) allow staff to do what I'll be doing anyway.
I do not see why this could not be implemented.
Many Thanks,
V
