No NDR Mail if archive-Server not available

Hello,

for auditing purposes, I want to send a copy of every incoming and outgoing email to another mailserver, dediacted to archiving e-mails. In order to do so, I have added a new Email Content Filtering Policy: conditon = all incoming and outgoing emails, Subsequent Content Filter Handling = Continue with evaluations & actions, Action = Archive this message. Only this action allows me to define another mailserver using an IP-Adress and Port 25 for SMTP.

Problem: should the archive-mailserver be down, the users get a NDR email that the mail-COPY (!) could not be delivered. IMO this makes no sense at all, if the original message to the "real" mailserver could not be delivered they should get an NDR, but the archive-mail is of no concern for the mail users. IMO if the archive-mailserver is down, this should generate a mail to the system administrator only.
