I am assuming I am not the first one to ask this, but we are currently moving our data center 100% to AWS.
That implies that all I can do in our data center on premises should be done in AWS, but it seems that my DLP coverage with Network Monitor is not available in AWS IaaS service model, therefore anything happening on my servers up on the cloud will not be monitored.
I would rather have my servers internet access limited, but still monitored, than having to install a DLP agent, which would cause performance issues etc.
My idea is pretty simple, yet challenging: Symantec to partner with AWS, Azure and other cloud service providers, to be able to tap into their networks for this type of monitoring.
