CPU Processor % limit control
Many of our clients complain about sluggish computers during full scans. Many clients turn their machines off after hours. The only time a full scan can be performed is during business hours. Even high end machines are sluggish during these scans.
It would be a great enhancement, to have the ability to set CPU % usage limits. 20%, 30%, 50%, 100%...etc
Microsoft Essentials, provides CPU % limits in its settings.
There are times, when clients do leave there machines running during off hours, and high processor usage is not an issue, since they are not using it.
We have actually lost a sale to a graphics printing company, due to one machine in the organization running so slow, they could not conduct business on it. It was the machine used to receive all customer orders thru email. They had us remove from ALL machines. They called us 2 days later to inform us, they went with BIT Defenders unlimited license solution for $75.00. Since then, that company was merged with another company, whom did not have an Anti-Virus solution. That is the 2nd sale missed, strictly due to CPU usage.
