Service Alerts should have date on each entry

Some ClientNet Service Alerts are updated several times.

In the body of the Alert, where it says   ORIGINAL    or   UPDATE   or similar,

please add the date and time right there on that line.

If an item has several updates, it is sometimes difficult to know when each "update" was made.

Please include time Time Zone on that time.

The "Last Updated" at the top of the item does not work very well  (from my viewpoint).

Also, I appreciate your "apology" on each item.

However, I think that is not needed, and in fact ends up being "noise".     I need to read it to see if it is "real content",   and that takes extra time.

So I think you can stop saying  --

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

and

Our engineers are currently working on correcting this issue.

 

If neeeded, you can say that "one time per year" and just tell us  -- this applies to all items for the next year"   : -)
